TBBWZ series outdoor high-voltage reactive power automatic compensation device on column (hereinafter referred to as device) is suitable for 3kV, 6kV, 10kV transmission lines and installed on outdoor columns. It is used to improve power factor, reduce line loss and improve voltage quality. This device complies with the standards of JB/T10558-2006 "High Voltage Reactive Power Compensation Device on Column", DL/T604-1996 "Technical Conditions for Ordering High Voltage Shunt Capacitor Device" and so on. The device can set parameters according to actual needs. The controller in the device monitors the reactive power and voltage status of the line in real time, and judges and analyzes according to the set reactive power and voltage control strategy, so as to realize the high-voltage parallel capacitor bank. Automatic switching. At the same time, the device has perfect protection functions, such as busbar short-circuit quick-break protection, capacitor short-circuit short-time delay protection, capacitor overcurrent short-time delay protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, phase loss protection (optional when ordering) and Rejection protection and other functions, but also has a meter reading function. The vacuum contactor used in this device fully meets the requirements of the national standard GB7675-87 for capacitor switching, and has the characteristics of good contact opening and closing characteristics, strong arc suppression capability, and long service life. Drop-out fuse, as a short-circuit protection and also as an isolation switch, the upper end of the high-voltage line enters the line, and the lower end is connected to the arrester and the box; 2. Lightning arrester, used for absorbing atmosphere and operating overpressure; 3. The switch box is sealed, and the top is the casing for the incoming line. There are voltage transformers (for vacuum switch operation power supply and voltage protection), current transformers, and vacuum switches in the box. The controller, various protection relays, current and voltmeters, manual switching buttons, terminal blocks, etc. are all installed in the control box, which is isolated from the high-voltage part. The capacitor is built-in, and there is an outlet bushing on the side of the box. The capacitors are distributed on one side of the box and are respectively connected to the outlet bushing. The top of the box is a rain-proof cover, and there are lifting rings for hoisting, and the switch box is installed on the platform between the two electric halls; 4. Current transformer for sampling. If it is reactive power control, you must install the special method for phase A in the line and refer to its instructions for use. When installing this transformer, the arrester must be installed as close to it as possible, and the maximum distance should not exceed 1m. Function Features: 1. The capacitor has built-in fuse and discharge resistor, which discharges after power failure to ensure safe operation; 2. It can be switched automatically according to voltage, power factor, reactive current, etc.; 4. With overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and phase loss protection functions; 5. The device can be switched automatically or manually, which is convenient for users to debug and operate; 6. Adopt high-voltage vacuum contactor switch to switch capacitors. It can be switched frequently, and has the characteristics of long service life, safe hanging and maintenance-free; 7. Using the horizontal intelligent no-cut compensation controller as the control core, it can display various parameters of the circuit, such as: current, voltage, zero sequence current, active power, reactive power, power factor, current and voltage distortion rate, harmonic content rate, etc. And keep the daily punctuality data and daily statistical data for more than 200 days, up to 800 days. The controller has "four remote" (remote measurement, remote control, remote adjustment, remote signaling) functions; 8. Using on-site and remote communication, it can realize real-time and regular call of various power parameters, modify control parameters, and remotely switch capacitors. The use of short-distance (30-50m) wireless communication can realize meter reading of handheld computer data; 9. Each group of capacitors has a smaller capacity of 50kvar and a larger capacity of 600kvar. The configuration can be one group of fixed, one group of automatic switching, or two groups of automatic switching. Normal use conditions: 1. Ambient temperature -40℃~+50℃; 2. Altitude <2000m; 3. Wind speed <35m/s; 4. There is no corrosive gas or vapor around, no conductive or explosive dust.Main electrical equipment: 1. Capacitors This device selects the BFM or BAM full-film high-voltage parallel capacitors produced by our company, and the capacitors have built-in discharge resistors. Note: Although the charge of the capacitor has been discharged to below 50V through the discharge resistor after the capacitor has been out of operation for 5 minutes, the capacitor cannot be touched by hand. The capacitor can only be touched after its terminals are reliably grounded. See the capacitor instruction manual for details. 2. Indoor AC high voltage vacuum contactor AC high-voltage vacuum contactor is a new generation of capacitor switching equipment, its technical indicators meet the requirements of the national standard GB7675-87 "AC high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker opening and closing capacitor bank test", and has a long life, up to 200,000 times at rated current. This is very important for frequent switching for reactive power compensation. Please refer to the instruction manual of the vacuum contactor for details. If the user needs, you can also choose a sulfur hexafluoride load switch or a column vacuum switch. 3. Outdoor high voltage capacitor automatic control device The outdoor high-voltage capacitor automatic controller is realized by microcomputer technology. By sampling the system voltage and system current in real time, it can automatically switch capacitors according to strategies such as time, voltage, power factor and their combinations. The switching range can be arbitrarily set by the user according to the actual situation of the line. in order to achieve the best compensation effect. At the same time, the automatic controller is provided with over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, over-current protection and delay functions, and its setting value can be set as required. When the internal fault of the capacitor occurs and the overcurrent trip occurs, the automatic controller will self-block. The controller can record events, and is equipped with a communication interface to communicate with external smart devices in a wired or wireless manner. Zinc oxide arrester HY5WS type zinc oxide arrester is used for lightning overvoltage protection, used to protect control power transformers and vacuum contactors. HY5WR Zinc Oxide Arrester is used for capacitor protection and operation overvoltage protection. 5. Voltage transformer type transformer The component provides low-voltage operating power, and also serves as a voltage transformer to provide line voltage sampling. The transformation ratio is 10/0.22kV or 6/0.22kV, and the accuracy is level 1. 6. Drop-out fuse RW10-10F drop-out fuse, creepage ratio ≥25mm/KV, rated breaking capacity is 100MVA. The fuse is made of the new "T" type melt promoted by the Ministry of National Resources, which has excellent fusing characteristics. The rated current of the fuse should not be less than 1.5 times the rated current of the device, but it should not be too large. It should meet the following requirements: According to the maximum short-circuit current at the installation place, check the ampere/second characteristic curve of the fuse, and the fuse time should be less than 0.15 seconds. 7. Current transformer (for power factor sampling) The LZKW-10 type current transformer leaves the factory with a power frequency withstand voltage of 35kV and passes in 1 minute (American National Standard). The transformer has a reasonable structure and high measurement accuracy. Easy installation and long service life. Ordering instructions: 1. The voltage level of the line that needs to be compensated; 2. Provide the active power, reactive power, maximum and minimum current, and average current statistics of the line within one year. 3. The transformer network layout of the line and the installed capacity of each transformer; 4. Compensation capacity and compensation method, capacitor built-in or external; 5.
