It is applicable to power transmission and transformation of main transformers in power plants, substations, large factories and mining enterprises, and urban and rural power grids. This product complies with the national standards: Power Transformers Part 1 General Rules (GB1094.1-1996) Power Transformers Part 2 Temperature Rise (GB1094.2-1996), Power Transformers Part 3 Insulation Levels, Insulation Tests and External Insulation Air Clearances (GB1094.3-2003), Power Transformers Part 5 Short Circuit Resistance (GB1094.5-2003), and Technical Parameters and Requirements for Three phase Oil immersed Power Transformers (GB/T6451-2008).参数2 参数3Product structure: The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet, which is fully inclined and non porous. The low magnetic steel plate is used as the pull plate to firmly connect the upper and lower clamps with the iron core into a steel structure, so as to obtain small no-load loss and low noise. According to the size of the transformer capacity, the winding adopts cylinder type, spiral type, continuous type and other structures. For the 110kV and above voltage level winding, the winding adopts the tangled or inner screen type structure, which effectively improves the impulse voltage distribution. The conductor adopts transposed conductor or composite conductor to reduce the additional loss of the winding. The computer simulation is used to calculate the electric field and the impact characteristics of the winding, The excellent electrical characteristics and impact strength of the winding are ensured, and effective measures are taken to ensure its safe and reliable operation. The pressing structure of the transformer body adopts a round insulation pressing plate. The whole winding assembly is adopted for the package process, which improves the reliability of the product. The oil tank adopts a flat top bell jar structure, and the tank wall is welded with a folded plate type reinforcing iron, which improves the mechanical strength of the oil tank. In order to reduce the stray loss of the transformer, large transformers are equipped with magnetic shielding on the inner wall of the oil tank. In order to prevent displacement of transformer body during transportation, positioning device is set on the oil tank of transformer body. The sealed oil conservator is used to isolate the transformer oil from the atmosphere to avoid oil moisture and aging. The end is equipped with a pointer type oil level gauge. According to the oil weight of the transformer, a pressure relief valve is installed on the top of the oil tank to ensure the safe operation of the product. Product advantages: Low loss: the no-load loss is about 40% lower than the current national standard GB6451-1999, and the load loss is 15% lower than the current national standard GB6451-1999; Low noise: the noise level is below 60dB, nearly 20dB lower than the national standard. If users have special requirements, they can also be specially designed and manufactured (below 55dB) to meet the power supply needs of urban residents; Low partial discharge: the whole process of 110kV products is dust-free operation, all metal parts and insulating parts inside the body are rounded, and the partial discharge is controlled below 100pc; Strong short-circuit resistance: the transformers designed and manufactured by our company have passed the short-circuit withstand capacity test of the National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Beautiful appearance: fuel tank corrugated structure, polishing and rust removal, powder electric spraying paint, wide panel radiator, never fade.
