This product is applicable to oil immersed mining power transformer with capacity of 1250KVA and below and voltage of 10KV and below. This type of mining transformer is a general oil immersed transformer, which has no explosion-proof requirements, and is mainly used as the power supply for mining lighting or electric drive when distributing power in the mine. It is also applicable to the central substation, underground parking lot, main air inlet duct and main air inlet duct of coal mine, and places with gas but no explosion risk, as well as the humid environment of tunnel.参数2_看图王 外形0 外形23Product features: 1. KS series mining transformer, as the power distribution equipment for mining, has the characteristics of small size, easy operation, reasonable structure, low loss, and good thermal performance. 2. This series of products are made of silicon steel sheets with oriented high conductivity and magnetic properties. The iron core is a core type iron core, and the full inclined seam stacked iron core. The iron core column is a multi-stage circular section, which ensures that the oil tank has a solid structure with low noise and low loss. High and low voltage cable junction boxes are welded on both sides of the box wall for cable connection. The high-voltage coil must have a tap voltage of ± 5% of the rated voltage, When the tap changer is used to transform the voltage, the power supply must be cut off first, and then the wind and rain pairs of the tap changer on the box wall are removed to transform the voltage. The low voltage side of the transformer is allowed to connect the "Y" type into 693V or the "D" type into 400V for power supply. Six porcelain sleeves are directly installed in the cable junction box for the user to modify the transformer hoisting. The crane welded on the box wall is used. The bottom of the transformer box is equipped with a sled, and the sled is equipped with a mounting hole, Ore can be supplied and ore car rollers can be added when necessary. Operating environment and working conditions: 1. The height shall not exceed 1000m above sea level, and special environment shall be explained separately; 2. Ambient temperature: The highest temperature is+40 ℃; Maximum daily average temperature+25 ℃; Maximum annual average temperature+20 ℃; The minimum outdoor temperature is - 20 ℃. 3. The relative humidity of ambient air is not greater than 95% at+25 ℃; 4. It is installed under the mine where there is coal dust and gas, but there is no explosion danger; 5. The waveform of power supply voltage is approximately sine wave;
