BHG series mine flameproof high-voltage cable junction box (hereinafter referred to as junction box) is suitable for underground coal mines containing explosive gas (methane) and coal dust mixture. 315A and 200A are used for cable connection and branching in signal, lighting and power equipment. The explosion-proof casing of the junction box is of steel plate structure, the cover is in the form of bolt crimping, the power leads are on both sides, and there is a control wire lead-in device; there are three main terminals in the shell, and the upper pressure plate of the terminal crimps the cable head ; The base is a high voltage electromagnetic and has an auxiliary terminal.参数1Product features: 1. The junction box is mainly composed of flameproof shell (shell, cover) CM05, insulated terminal block, cable entry device, and internal and external grounding; 2. The shell and cover are made of flat flameproof surface through bolts and other fasteners Connection; 3. The terminal block is made of high-purity clay, which is pressed, sintered and glazed, and has excellent electrical insulation properties. Product use environment: 1. After the junction box is unpacked, it should be checked for damage and missing parts. 2. The junction box should be hung vertically on the upper part of the roadway or fixed on a special bracket. 3. The cables at the lead-in ends on both sides should have an appropriate amount of slack, and the cable heads should not be loaded. 4. After the two sides of the cable enter the box, the stress cone at the end of the cable needs to be fixed with a pallet. 5. The bare 30mm core wire at both ends of the cable is pressed with a special compression nut to the terminal (operated with a special wrench) to ensure reliable contact, and the core wire is not allowed to be loose. 6. The fastening bolts of all parts of the junction box must be complete and checked regularly by special personnel. If there is any problem, it must be dealt with in time. 7. The maintenance and relocation of the junction box must not be carried out under the condition of live electricity. The cover must be opened after the power supply is cut off and discharged by reliable means according to the requirements of the "Coal Mine Security Regulations". 8. The junction box must be grounded reliably when in use. 9. Before prefabricating the cable terminal, the compression flange, sealing ring, retaining ring and connecting section must be sleeved into the cable, and the cable terminal must be processed according to the terminal production process of the high-voltage cable. 10. When no control wire is introduced, braid the monitoring shield wires at both ends together and connect them through auxiliary terminals. Weave the grounding wires at both ends together and connect them to their respective internal grounding devices.
